Yes, I think that He Lives is right: 21 yrs for NSB, loved by Ashes, Arb, myself and many others. Cannot say I have heard the 90s versions. Love those from the semi acoustic sets in 70 though.

Not sure what the other contenders are, but had actually thought of it by finding that there were about 18 yrs between Good Morning...Schoolgirl (didn't know that one even came back!), and then it was a question in the game with the kids (in fact, I think the kids made it up, but it was a tough one!).
